2. Before the installation process

① Any workpiece parts that use hydraulic oil and lubricating oil should be cleaned in time before the device. Avoid surface grease contamination add rust elements.

② The workpiece parts after being treated with corrosive media should be cleaned off the residue in time.

For the cleaning process before the device, it is recommended that we use environmentally friendly and degradable metal cleaning agents containing plant ingredients. ② According to the production requirements, the appropriate rust prevention method should be selected. For the processing of parts with high precision requirements, after processing, oil anti-rust agents can not be used for anti-rust work, then water-based anti-rust agents can be used instead.

Neutral rust remover can be used for rust removal before processing. This rust remover has no damage to copper, brass, aluminum, plastic, rubber, wood, vinyl and other raw materials, and will not affect the strength of the raw material itself.

Before machining, metal cleaning agent can be selected for cleaning workpiece parts after rust removal. The rust prevention after mechanical processing, instead of the choice of oil rust prevention agent, can be water-based rust prevention agent.
